Damaged in Shipping Returns
If your product arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

Contact Us: Within 30 days of receiving your damaged item, please contact our Customer Support Team via email at SuncoastSonsLLC@gmail.com. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

Evaluation and Authorization: Our team will review your claim and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your return request is approved. This RAN is essential for processing your return.

Packaging Your Return: Safely package the damaged product along with all its original accessories and packaging. Ensure that the RAN is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Free Return Shipping Label: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged item to us at no cost to you. Simply affix the label to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier.

Processing Your Return: Once we receive the damaged product, our team will inspect it to confirm the damage and process your return.

Refund or Replacement: You can choose between a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement of the damaged product, whichever option suits you best.
No Restocking Fee
We understand that accidents happen, and returning a damaged product is an inconvenience in itself. That's why we do not charge any restocking fees for returns of damaged items caused by shipping.
